Sanguchi
A modern Turkish martial art created in Türkiye.
About
Sanguchi is a Turkish martial art developed by Ayhan Kısrure (born in Istanbul in 1968). Kısrure has trained in kung fu, kickboxing, taekwondo and boxing since 1984 and has worked as a coach and referee.
The system rests on freedom and improvisation: the student does not repeat set forms but creates new techniques that suit his own build. On 27 September 2026 a Sanguchi Kurultay was held in Istanbul, at the Turkic World Culture Quarter in Topkapı, with belt examinations.
